Jennifer was awesome from start to finish. They had a carrier for us within a day, and unfortunately we needed to cancel due to a conflict with the pickup. But she was so nice and found us a new carrier in a timely manner. The driver communicated with us and let us know when he would arrive, and several reps from ShipaCarDirect checked in with us throughout the process. I would use them again anytime we need a car transport!
