I was able to book, confirm and have my vehicle picked up in less than 24 hours. This was phenomenal as I was on a time crunch. The car was delivered on the day they told me it would be there. My only concern is they were about an hour later then they said they'd be and they didn't even try to bring their truck onto my street (residential). I had to meet them in a parking lot. Other than that it was great.
