Overall I am pleased with the transport of my car. The car was picked up and delivered on the days promised. The driver called me the day before and the day of delivery to let me know approximately when the car would be delivered. The only negative is that the driver would not drive to the pickup location and we had to meet the truck approximately a mile away. The driver stated he was concerned about the trees and that his truck/trailer was too low for the residential streets. Why would you dispatch a truck that could not pick up at a residential address?
