This was the first time shipping my car and I was sending it across country in the winter. Starting with the customer service, it was very helpful and responses were given in a timely manner for the most part. The only time I was a little uneasy was when I got an evening message saying that my car was being picked up the next day. I had understood that I would be able to get information of the company in advance to be able to confirm them taking my car and then being charged the deposit after confirming them, but turns out that I had to pay once they found someone. I understand the situation since I did put in the request 2 weeks before the shipping date and they managed to make the pick up date on time. My car arrived a couple of days later than the arrival date I was hoping for, but I was able to communicate wth the driver about it. If I ever had trouble getting in touch with the driver, the Shipacardirect representative would help. My car arrived pretty dirty, but that's what I expected especially since it was an open carrier, driving during the winter. Luckily, my car arrived just fine and no damages were noticed. The driver was very friendly and even paid my uber to take me to the meeting point since I wasn't home to receive the car there. He also took the initiative to wipe my side winsows so I can see better when I drive. I would certainly use and recommend Shipacardirect again! They provide a great and trustworthy service as noted on many of their reviews. Thank you!
