Ship a Car was helpful. Works best if you are living where the car is located—we had our car parked in another location, so logistics were not easy but Ship a Car found a carrier that worked with us. Car left San Francisco on a Thursday night and arrived in Omaha on Wednesday morning even with major snowstorms hitting the Midwest.
