Origination: San Mateo, CA 94065 Destination: Novi, MI 48375 I needed to ship my car since I was moving from California to Michigan due to relocation. I searched for a car shipping company from online, and it returned so many number of shipping companies and read many reviews to check their user experiences. There were so many unpleasant reviews for many different companies, which caused me not to be able to decide one so easily. However, I finally chose "Ship A Car Direct" company with much better reviews and had to bet on it. 2 days had passed after making an order. I was anxious since I wanted my car to be delivered the next day after I arrive in Michigan. I waited for a news that a mover was selected, and just in time, I received a SMS message and an email 3 days before my presumed deadline date. I was so happy. A moving company contacted me a day before the estimated pickup date. The car pick up went smooth and I was relieved after seeing the driver. He was nice. And, finally, the delivery was made one day after the estimated date, but it was no issue to me. The car was delivered without any scratch. The driver was very nice. And, also, amazingly, the "Ship A Car Direct" company had a good system and customer assurance service. It sent messages/emails about the status, and provided an phone application to download, so that I could capture the photos of the car for insurance purpose before the car pickup and after the delivery. The app had sent the report to the server for evidence/records. I highly recommend "Ship A Car Direct" for those who need to ship a car. This company can be trusted and they have excellent customer service to assure you with the safe car delivery.
