Well first time shipping a car, so lots of anxiety. First Renee from ship a car direct answered all my questions and stayed in constant contact through out the process. I was looking for shipping as soon as possible since it was my sons car and he was already in Florida. Although it took a few days to assign a carrier once picked up the delivery day was scheduled for 4 days later. Driver said it would probably be 2 to 3 days. Car was delivered on the 2nd day without any problems.
Will definitely use ship a car direct again if needed.
