Everything on Ship a Car Direct side was amazing. From the contact from John, to the use of the phone app to take pictures. My only real complaint (and it's a minor one) is that I would have liked to have a bit more communication from the driver. I only spoke to him a few times and all from my own prompting. I'd like even a, "Hey, I just picked up your car." Or just some status updates along the way. But I got my car, and I love it!
