I've shipped 3 cars over the years, and this experience was far superior. The level of communication, information sharing, transparency, and follow-up was superb -- far better than previous experiences. It's clear Ship A Car Direct understands customer service and quality control, and has figured out how to do both while still having very reasonable prices. On top of all that -- they have their own mobile app that customers use to take pictures prior to shipping to ensure there are no disagreements with the trucking company. It was a pleasant surprise to see technology adoption in an otherwise non-innovative industry.
No need to shop around in the future -- Ship A Car Direct will be my first call.
