It took a while for Scott to find a shipper for our car only because it wasn't a well traveled route. Scott kept us informed every step of the way and really worked to find us someone. The driver, Lee for the shipping company we were connected with was very nice and even called me directly to let me know that he dropped the car off to my daughter. She got it the next day after pickup! I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again for my auto shipping needs.
