I had an excellent experience with Ship a Car Direct from start to finish! I was scouring the country for a very specific car, and I finally found a nice example in Tacoma, Washington - which is clear across the country from me. I received fantastic service from Ron Hansen at BMW Northwest and purchased the car over the phone. After researching transport brokers, it became clear that Ship a Car Direct was the one to use. Because the car I was purchasing but had never seen with my own eyes was so clean, I wanted to ship it in an enclosed carrier. Matt got me set up quickly, and I received plenty of informative emails throughout the process. The driver contacted me the day before the shipment was due to be delivered, the day of delivery, and when he was about 10 minutes away. He was professional and courteous and waited for me to take photos of the car upon delivery. From start to finish, I had a great experience. While the website and emails may seem a bit gimmicky, Ship a Car Direct is helpful, professional, and thorough. I will definitely use them again if I need to transport a car in the future.
