I was waiting for the dealership I purchased my LX470 from to arrange transport. I kept checking with them every day to see if they had scheduled a transport. I ended up getting frustrated with their lack of movement on the subject, so I called Matt at Ship a Car. Talked to him briefly, he had me fill out a form online and within 20 minutes I had a transport company headed to the dealer to pick up the truck. The driver was also very communicative.
