The quote process, damage app, and integrity of the transaction were all very good. Stefan was very helpful. It would be good if there was better communication with the actual carrier, and the carrier, in turn, should have better communication with the drivers. We were told on January 17 that the pickup date would be Saturday, January 19 and to expect a call the evening of January 18. No call came. Finally the driver called in the morning of January 20. It was, in fact, Monday, January 21 when the car was actually picked up. Somehow the carrier didn’t communicate effectively with the driver who said that there was no way he was going to make it to town by Saturday. It made some problems with our schedule. Two days is a big difference. They need to call when they know the correct day only. Also, it was clear that the carrier didn’t alert ShipaCarDirect that the car had actually arrived. ShipaCarDirect emailed that the car would be delivered on January 29 but it had already been delivered on January 28.
