We appreciate the care we received from Ship a Car Direct. Our car was shipped from California to Ohio. Our rep John stayed in contact with us through the whole process via email and text. Returned our calls promptly; answered all our questions with helpful info. Pickup and delivery was flawless. We appreciate our conscientious driver, who delivered our car on time, despite a nationwide Winter storm. Price was fair and didn’t change.
