This is my first time using Ship-a-Car Direct and I had a great experience! I was shipping my car from the West Coast to East Coast. I decided on them after reading a lot of reviews. Eve was amazing with following up, and walking me through the process and steps along the way. I was on a really tight schedule and needed a pickup around the holiday and Eve made that happen. The carrier kept in contact during transport and was very polite. Only down side was when car was dropped off (delivered) I felt a little rushed by the driver to inspect and sign so he could be on his way. Also, the ship-a-car direct app had a couple malfunctions when I was trying to take before and after photos. Overall, very positive experience with Ship-a-Car Direct. Thank you for getting my car to me safely!
