It was a pretty smooth process. The person assigned to my case was always available to keep me updated. It was over Christmas holidays, but a carrier was found shortly after new year. However, the final price was ~10% higher than the original estimate. The carrier delivered the car only two days after picking up, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the service by ship-a-car direct was great.
