I had my car shipped cross country. I placed my order about 2 months ahead of my desired date. I was getting anxious that the date was approaching, but my pickup was not yet scheduled. The representative assured me that this was because the transporters do not book far in advance. My pick up date was confirmed about 5-7 days before the pick up. I informed the company of my time constraints on the pick up day and they accommodated that without a problem. Overall a good experience
