Shipped my sedan from Dallas to Philly in December. Car was picked up from a parking lot of a strip mall near my house (18 wheeler couldn't enter our apartment lot). The car condition was documented at pickup by driver, who left his contact detail for easy follow-up and tracking. Car reached me in 3 business days, unscathed. Was able to transport some item in my trunk, but don't plan on stuffing the trunk or the backseat. Transporters have some weight restriction at tolls. ShipACarDirect was not the carrier, but they were in touch all along the process, right from pick up till drop-off. You may not hear anything from them like until a week before the actual pick up date requested. So be patient.
