This was my first time shipping a car ever, and I was moving across the country. I was very nervous as I had bought my car 9 months before brand new, and had read some horror stories on different review sites. I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct and I’m glad I did. Scott immediately reached out, provided time tables and estimates, and was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The company that shipped my car, L&V Transportation, was equally as responsive and they did a great job. Sergei (driver) provided accurate time and locations on pick up and drop off, and met all deadlines! The car arrived with some dirt and dust on it as expected with any open trailer, but one quick trip to a basic car wash and the car was looking good as new! Overall a great experience from start to finish, and would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking to ship a car!
