Matt was our contact and he was available to us day or night. Our pickup in NYC was delayed for one day, but we had several calls to let us know what was happening and why. The pickup was right on time and the driver was most gracious. The delivery was also on time though we did not have direct contact with the driver. All our texts and emails were answered promptly by Matt so we had no problem getting the car to our door in Florida and on time. Every detail was taken care of and went so smoothly that we plan to definitely use Ship a car direct again.
