Overall happy with the service. Carrier delivered the car without incident. Finding the carrier took a little longer than had hoped but I wasn't in a rush so not a big deal. Communication between Shipacar, the carrier and the customer is a little clunky. Shipacar could create a better customer interface, but its not terrible.
