Overall, the experience was very good. Interactions with ShipaCarDirect (Jennifer) were very positive...pretty good communication, and the only real negative being having to raise the bid to get the car picked up from the original estimate...but Jennifer did apply some of the ShipaCarDirect fee to the shipment cost of the trucker, so that worked out to save me a little money, and was appreciated. As far as the shipping company (Red Dog Transport), I was not there to accept delivery of the vehicle or at pickup of the vehicle, so did not get to directly interact with them. However, the vehicle was picked up and delivered properly, within the acceptable time frame, and I do not see any physical damage to the vehicle. It was quite dirty, but I don't know if the dealer just did not wash it before loading, or it just picked up mud splatters during the trip up to Pittsburgh..but again, to be expected of an open-carrier transport. So in short, I would use ShipaCarDirect again, and suggest it to others that might need the service.
