Before a friend told me about Ship A Car Direct, I had read online about the difficulty and risk. But with Ship A Car Direct acting as my broker, I had a completely positive experience. My contact, John, handled everything by phone and email (I preferred not reserving online) promptly and clearly. The shipper, Excellent Motor Cars LLC, was very professionally run. When I met the driver, David, with his truck, I had confidence in his professionalism and efficiency. The only mild challenge was the chore of locating a rendezvous point for the extra-length truck and customer. Rarely will you be allowed to do this in front of your home. I live in a suburb just outside a large city, but we managed.
