Just May Be my last time shipping with Ship a Car Direct

I have used Ship A Car Direct 4 times with out any problems, but last time on Nov 12, 2018 was nothing but a nightmare when it came to customer services and trying to get answers to question from my rep on the phone. The Car carrier drive on the other hand was incredible with communicating the pickup and delivery of the car.
