Everyone (Hi Matt!) helped me find the best deal and kept in contact, even when a small hiccup occurred. The driver (Kevin - thank you) was earlier than anticipated (yay!) and even brought my car directly to me because I didn't have a ride to where I designated the pickup to be (ohno!). I was nervous about the whole process but after hours on the Better Business Bureau, Ship-A-Car Direct was the only one I found that seemed true and I am so pleased with the whole experience.
