I was satisfied with Ship a Car Direct customer service. However, I wasn't very happy with the truck carrier's communication. It happened to my boyfriend as well. Truck carrier was not very responsive. Sometimes we had to leave a few voice messages and still no call back, and we had to call Ship a Car Direct to find out updates of the location of my vehicle. Overall, I will still recommend Ship a Car Direct because of their customer service.
