Ship-a-car staff was very professional and informative. Great interactions with everyone involved. The reason for only four stars was that my car arrived with under-inflated tires (I'm sure some air was let out on purpose since the car was sitting on a truck for a week) and it was extremely dirty, to the point where I had to open the windows to see clearly. I wished my tires had been re-inflated and there was some attempt to wash the car.
