Used Ship-A-Car Direct to ship my BMW convertible from CA to IL earlier this month. I was extremely nervous about the timeframe of the shipment as well as damage to the car, but the service was EXCELLENT and I will be using them again to ship a second car in about a week. I worked with one particular individual, Jennifer, who was responsive, direct, and helpful -- she answered all of my questions and made a very confusing process EXTREMELY clear and easy. We discussed pricing and timeframe options and she basically held my hand to ensure that I was comfortable and understood everything. The price was fair and my car was picked up ON TIME and dropped off ON TIME without issue. 10/10.
