I had absolutely no problem. The shipper assigned to me was very calm in spite we took more time. The shipacarddirect customer support too was prompt in assigning the shipper. John was in constant touch.
Not sure if feasible, the one improvement I can think of is with their pre shipping nspection app. It should have an option to upload through mail id other than the registered one in case the person with registered mail isn't present.
