I was able to get a new sales agent when needed. Customer service was good with Jennifer. Ship a Car Direct has a lot of support options including tracking, live chat, phone support, and an initial consultation with a sales rep. You are also able to call the carrier once they assign one. I was told it could take up to a week to find a carrier and ship. It took about half that. First time shippers, make sure to have local contacts on hand for pickup and delivery for their and your insurance purposes. The price was one of the higher I was quoted, but I chose them because of their high BBB rating, carrier screening, and commitment to quality. My local contacts were happy my car and their proper was treated respectfully, which is my priority.
