Communication was great, but it wasn’t clear that I needed to app to make claims concerning scratches on the car.
I got a few on the hood, and the responsiveness came to a halt after I expressed interest in receiving service concerning the scratches.
They were better than other services, but I wish I had done the preliminary work with the app.
