Prior to shipping my cars, I did a lot of research into the car transport industry and read.about many negative experiences people had transporting their cars. I chose Ship a Car Direct because they vet the carriers they work with and give customers the opportunity to vet the carrier they assign to transport their vehicle. Additionally, I liked the Ship a Car Direct’s app. It was easy to use. My only criticism about the app is that for customers shipping multiple cars, the app doesn’t allow the customer to take pictures of more than one vehicle per order. Once I was assigned a carrier, I read reviews about the company and was pleased The carrier picked up my cars on time and delivered them on time. There were not any surprises regarding the cost of the transport or the condition of my cars. Moreover, the driver was easy to contact and he responded promptly to any questions I had during the transport. Moving cross country is extremely stressful. Thankfully, shipping my cars did not add to the stress.
