My first experience transporting a car from Florida to CT after father in law had a stroke. I was very intimidated by the thought of choosing a carrier, but after tons of online searching for info I was very pleased with the service from Shipacardirect.com. I called on a Monday to verify some questions and the quoted rate. Filled out the order online and had a confirmation from KwikTrans, Inc. almost immediately. I was only in Florida for 6 days to get a lot of things taken care of and was afraid of the time restriction. I was totally shocked when I received confirmation that pick up would be on Tuesday the next day!!! The driver, Dmitri, was very professional from initial contact through the pick up process. He kept in touch and arrived as scheduled. And as a bonus, the transporter was enclosed! This made me more comfortable that the car would arrive just as it left. And it did in 4 days. I was very impressed with the whole process and would absolutely do it again and recommend it to friends. Shout out to Stefan at Ship a Car Direct for his patience and quick attention to get the process going. Thank You!!! I give 5 stars to both companies for my experience.
