I was new to the process of shipping a car, and Ship A Car has excellent videos and FAQs on their web site explaining all of the ins and outs. They assign you a "concierge" to help you through the process, and also have a 7 day, 24 hour support. I shipped a car from NY to CA. There was some minor damage, but the shipping company took care of it right away with no charge to me. Overall, there was a lot of feedback on how things were going all throughout the process. I would use them again.
