We didn't have a bad experience with the shipment. From start to finish they stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on and when a carrier was found they let us know with all of the contact information for him. We immediately contacted the carrier and asked if we needed to call the previous owner to arrange pickup and to our amazement, he had already done that. He arrived with the unblemished Jeep three days later just as discussed. The price to ship was more than fair and did not change. We paid the deposit to Ship a car direct when we initiated the contract and the carrier upon delivery and are very satisfied.
