Communication with the Car Direct folks was great. This was my first time transporting a car and they talked me through the process.
The car was transported quickly and safely.
The reason that this is a four star review and not five is that the company that they chose to transport my car did not contact me from the time the car was picked up until the hours before it was ready to be delivered. Since I did not know when the car was coming , I was not even in the state. I had to scramble to find people to front the cash and to accept delivery of the car on my behalf.
