This was the first time shipping a car and I have to admit that it was really challenging to compare the different companies. I read all sorts of horror stories on Yelp of people's experiences with different companies and I called several different companies and they would tell me things to be careful of - the one that concerned me the most was the hidden fees. A company might low ball an estimate only for you to find out that there are extra fees on the back end. I'm so glad I found Ship a Car. They were very pleasant to work with and they gave you all the costs up front. Plus they were always staying in touch to let me know what was going on. We were very pleased with the person that transported our car. He also kept in communication via text and phone call. Our car arrived on schedule and there was no damages. I was also pleased with Ship a Car's ratings. People who had used this service were very pleased. And I'm happy to report that I'm now one of those satisfied customers. We would definitely use this service again!
