I'm not sure I will purchase a car long distance again, it's very stressful, but when it came time to have it transported Ship a car direct was helpful and was successful at getting my car to me damage free. Jennifer was very helpful, we were having difficulty due to the cars location which was not on a typical route. Going in I knew that it would take a while and I think that if you go into things with a realistic expectation you'll find you'll be less upset and end up with the good results in the end.
