Smooth process - carrier could improve communication

The overall process was smooth with ship a car direct. I was able to call up with questions about the process as well. The assigned carrier though did not give me any heads up before pick up! Suspecting the same would happen with delivery, I followed up with them. During pick up the driver indicated that they would deliver 1day earlier than scheduled, but ended up delivering a day later than scheduled. Would have preferred the carrier keeping me updated rather that me having to follow up. The car though came without damages, very dusty nonetheless due to the long distance move. Satisfied overall.
