I had to use the service to move my mother's vehicle. Calling the initial number was fine. Was told a sales rep would be in touch the following day which I did get an email. Was able to confirm my order on my phone and enter my credit card info. Received a call from Scott going over the details of my order and they were able to get someone quickly to accept my order. I would say my only complaint, which I am not sure if it is on Ship-A-Car or not, is that the carrier called me regarding the time they would pick up and it didn't happen. The following day, 12 hrs past the time I was told I would be contacted and the car would be picked up, I still hadn't heard anything. So I called Ship-A-Car and they provided me the number for the driver (the number for the carrier's office did nothing as no one picked up). I thought I was paying Ship-A-Car to get any issues figured out. Anyway, I called the driver and he explained why he wasn't there and he and I stayed in communication for the remainder of the process which went fine.
