I was scammed by another company and had to arrange for my car to be picked up by another shipping company on the same day. I was fortunate enough to have Renee from Shipacardirect help me with everything. She was extremely professional and kind and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Not only did she arrange for my car to be picked up the same evening but also made sure, with constant communication that I was satisfied with every aspect of the service provided to me. Excellent job by Renee!!!
