Awful Service!

We had a tight window of opportunity for pick up and delivery. The agent only would communicate via email., he was rude. Could never get through on phone. Did not contact us for four days. Finally I reached out to another company that picked up our car last minute. DO NOT use this company if u have a small window of time! They low ball you on price and can’t make it happen!
