The process was very simple. There were customer service representatives from Ship A Car Direct constantly contacting me and updating me with information pertaining to when the vendor is going to be assigned, when my SUV was going to be picked up and when it would be delivered. It was a very pleasant and uneventful experience. Very satisfied.
