I've used this company two times in the past 6 years. The first experience was 6 years ago and was fine. Cars were picked up a few days before we were leaving the city with minimal back and forth with carrier (a not. AL amount). Pickup was fairly easy and delivery was on time with no problems. The second experience was anything BUT easy. The overwhelming amount of emails indicating that they are still waiting for a carrier to pick up our cars was crazy. The person assigned to our case was very ge real with all my questions and never seemed to answer anything as it should be. Assignment for our cars to be shipped from NY to AZ was so last minute and felt like it wasn't even gonna happen. (as if moving across country was enough to worry about). We made many phone calls and sent many emails for status updates on what day they would be picked up and were told not to worry it will happen. Literally 1 day before we left we were told the cars would probably be picked up. Yes they ended up being picked up but the stress it cause it knowing for so long and so close to us leaving with little updates was not great. The driver himself was great but ship a car direct could have done a better job I feel.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. In this industry, lead time doesn't help get a carrier secured sooner. We don't guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling. It is quite normal not to have a carrier on the first day of your available window. Carriers will wait until their trucks are actually in the area and will pick up cars that are available to be picked up right then and there. If carriers commit too early they may encounter delays on their way across states and not fulfill the order. We apologize if we did not make it clear to you, we do our best to explain the way that the transport industry works as it is quite different from booking a flight or a hotel.
