Our son is a student at Purdue University and we needed to ship his car to him. I obtained some recommendations from the Purdue Parents Facebook page, and Ship A Car Direct was one of the recommendations. I contacted them on Monday, Oct 4, 2018 and they immediately responded that they had a driver who could pick up the car that day! Within an hour, the driver had contacted me...he was an hour away and he came and loaded the car, all within about a 3 hour window from when I contacted Ship a Car Direct. It was a flawless interaction and I would recommend this company for their service and follow up care.
