John was professional and courteous while doing an exceptional job providing customer service. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and found a carrier in no time! The gentlemen that delivered my husband's new car did a great job delivering it from the dealership in Virginia to Indiana without a single scratch in less than 48 hours! I would definitely use Ship-a-car direct again if/when I need another vehicle transported.
