As I first timers David was alot of help to us. he took his time to call us as soon as we placed our offer and go through it even before and explained everything.
Nevertheless it was hard to catch him at first because of the answer machine but still feel better than the toll free number you get a new person every time which makes you feel you are dealing with a friend.
The shipping company we worked with it is fine
They parked our car in permit parking spot which thankfully we were given warning for first timers
