The carrier was good for the most part. The drop off date did get changed at the last minute, and the car arrived a day late, which required me to make significant changes to my schedule that week.
When the car arrived, the driver could not find the building. When I tried to explain how to get to the building, he cut me off and said that it was a dead end and that he could not drive through (which is not true, as I drive to this building all the time). So, I had to meet him down the street.
Overall, these are fairly minor issues and there was no major damage. I am generally pleased with the service.
