I needed to get my car shipped from Arizona to Michigan and found a plethora of available options. There are equally as many horror stories out there so I was really nervous about the process. I selected Ship a Car Direct because they responded to my inquiry quickly, didn't continue to call, text, and email a million times, and had overall great reviews on the Consumer Affairs website. I called and spoke with John, explaining my situation (I had to pack my car quite full and left it with my friend) and he gave me a lot of good, honest information. Within a couple hours of booking, he was able to find me a reputable carrier willing to transport my vehicle in its condition. The carrier set up a pick up time with my friend and arrived within the expected window. I received my car a week later, just 1 day after expected, in perfect condition with no additional charges or issues. I'm very happy with the service provided by Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use them again!
