Good Overall Experience, Some Weird Things

Overall my experience was good. When I first had my pickup location set, they called and asked to move it closer to the interstate at a Walmart which was fine but it was about 40 min farther away. Then the driver called me right at the time we were meeting and said he couldn't get into the Walmart parking lot so he was in the median of a busy highway. This made me very uncomfortable having to stand in the median at rush hour with cars going past on both sides when he very well could have gotten in the parking lot. There seemed to be a bit of laziness on his part. During transit I did have one problem getting a hold of the carrier, but my representative was able to contact them and then get me in contact. They were able to deliver it close to my hotel within walking distance. The car did not have any damage and delivery was much easier than the initial pickup.
